Minnesota Parks On The Air Day
Do you like to operate portable? You need to mark June 8, 2024 on your calendar because it’s the first annual Minnesota Parks On The Air Day! The objective of the day is to activate as many Minnesota Parks On The Air (POTA) entities as possible with a focus on state parks. The second Saturday in June is a free admission day at Minnesota State Parks!
The operating window will be 10:00 AM (15:00 UTC) to 6:00 PM (23:00 UTC)
This is an operating event, no logs will be collected. What is most important is getting out there and getting on the air while enjoying the beauty of Minnesota’s public lands. We also encourage sharing the fun and excitement of POTA with fellow hams who wish to learn about POTA.
